The cost of your tuition will be a benefit of your employment at Penske, with every month worked reducing your obligation. If you leave early, you pay the remaining owed balance.

Who's Eligible

You're eligible to apply for the Penske Promise Program if you are/have:

  • Enrolled in an American Diesel Training Centers technician training program
  • In good academic standing
  • US Citizen or Permanent Resident

To apply for the Penske Promise Program, you'll be required to complete and submit the following:

  • Personal Statement
  • Proof of Enrollment
  • Interview with the Penske team

To be accepted into the Penske Promise Program, you must successfully complete each of the above requirements and be formally selected by the Penske team. If selected as a finalist, you'll complete a loan application with a credit check as your final step.
