What does this mean for you?

No action required
There's nothing you need to do right now, but here's what you can expect in the coming weeks. There will be a brief transition period while your ISA is reassigned, during which time your online account information will not be available. You'll receive a welcome communication when your ISA is onboarded to the new servicing system and all information needed to manage your account.

Your new servicer, Meratas, will become your primary contact for your ISA going forward. Stride is here for career support, and questions about the transition. This transfer of servicing does not affect any term or condition of the ISA. Your ISA terms and benefits will all remain the same.​

Now that you're a Stride member, you'll gain access to Stride’s wraparound student and graduate support, including career resources, job search tools, and custom resume review. Reach out to at any time to learn how you can access your new benefits!

What are your next steps?

1. Look for an email from Vemo declaring the transition of servicer.

2. Wait until the date specified in the email from Vemo to access your new servicing portal.

3. Login to your new servicing portal—after the waiting period—and verify your account information.
